Research Tax Law
2,000 Research Tax Credit (RTC) missions carried out.
8 billion euros of R&D expenses audited.
390 cases audited by Tax Authorities and/or the French Ministry of Research and only 12 tax reassessments occurred in close to 20 years, the largest of which represents 0,1% of the client’s RTC amount.
Our clients** account for 40% of the 100 major groups in France.
For 60% of our clients** belonging to the CAC 40***, our missions last longer than 6 years.
   
** For each of these key accounts, our scope of action represents more than 80% of their turnover and/or 80% of the tax consolidation group.

Managing Research and Innovation
68% of cases submitted by ACIES meet the European Union’s selection requirements.
ACIES is managing projects with budgets of 2.5 to 50 million euros over 2 to 5 years.
More than 100 projects have been submitted to European funding bodies and/or managed by ACIES.
ACIES has a success rate which is 3 times higher than the European average.

Knowledge Transfer

Transfer of knowledge
Designing and running training courses for FRANCIS LEFEBVRE FORMATION with regards to maximising and securing Research Tax Credit. Courses for taxation, finance and accountancy managers, heads of company R&D departments, chartered accountants and business lawyers.
Designing and running courses in managing European projects, Research management, etc. Training courses aimed at project coordinators, project initiators, project administrative assistants, management inspectors of international projects.

Co-production of conferences, morning meetings and debates in partnership with Les Echos, the DFCG (national association of Financial Directors and Management Controllers), BioVision/BioSquare, FutuRIS/ANRT, the MEDEF (French business confederation), the CURIE network, professional organisations (SYNTEC, SITELESC, UNITEX, etc.)…
